Seven of Pillar’s eleven years of experience were spent with the Toronto Blue Jays. Since leaving Toronto, he has also played for the Braves, New York Mets, Colorado Rockies, San Francisco Giants, and Los Angeles Dodgers.
He has a lifetime batting average of.257, 105 home runs, and 96 stolen bases. Votes for MVP went to him throughout the 2019 campaign.
With the third-worst record in the American League and a fourth-place finish in the American League Central last season, Chris Getz, the new general manager, has been busy making roster changes.
