TOP TRADE LOCATIONS: Detroit Lions are looking forward to win the Super Bowl 2024 NFL offseason.
The offensive firepower needed to win the Super Bowl is possessed by the Detroit Lions. They now have to get the defensive pieces to impede the passing attacks of the opposition. Although Aidan Hutchinson is a fantastic player, this club needs another reliable defensive lineman to threaten them from the opposite side. This club desperately needs Hutchinson and Brian Burns, who have the potential to be one of the fiercest tag team combinations in football. The Lions have the cap capacity to sign Burns to a long-term contract and make a trade for him in exchange for a late first-round choice.
The Arizona Cardinals might be able to contend in 2024 if they play their cards well. With a rusty Kyler Murray, the squad struggled to finish above.500. Now, with the fourth overall pick, they have an opportunity to acquire a superstar player in Marvin Harrison Jr. They also own the 27th pick in the 2024 NFL Draft as a result of their trade for the Houston Texans in the 2023 draft. They may give that pick to the Panthers in exchange for a tried-and-true player, or they could utilize it to add another young, untested talent. Nothing will stop this trade from happening if the Cardinals can work out a long-term deal, even though Brian Burns most likely wouldn’t play with the franchise tag.
Ravens of Baltimore
In terms of sacks last season, the Baltimore Ravens dominated the NFL. Brian Burns wouldn’t be necessary if they were able to bring everyone back. Nonetheless, this team could use some more pass rushers given that Kyle Van Noy, Jadeveon Clowney, and Justin Madubuike are all expected to reach free agency. Though the team will likely use the franchise tag to keep Madubuike around, Clowney and Van Noy are far from young guns, and together with Brian Burns, they may be a deadly pass-rushing tandem for years to come. This deal has been suggested before, and it may be done so again in the future.
Jacksonville Jaguars
Josh Allen is a fantastic pass rusher, but the Jacksonville Jaguars finished last in sacks. This has to stop; if Jacksonville hopes to return to the postseason in 2024, this cannot continue. Trevor Lawrence can’t carry this team to its first deep playoff run since the 2017 campaign, and even though he had a historically bad season last year, he’ll need a stronger defense.
Bengals of Cincinnati
With a healthy Joe Burrow, the Cincinnati Bengals will return to the postseason; yet, they will require every assistance possible to defeat the Kansas City Chiefs. Although Burrow is the only live quarterback to defeat Mahomes in the postseason, the defense must get better if Burrow is to become one of just two people to defeat Mahomes, along with Tom Brady. up Brian Burns on the franchise tag, the all-in Bengals should be more than happy to part up a first-round selection for the ace pass rusher. Burns is a fantastic match for this squad.
