BRUTALLY: Panthers make an interview for the signing of three assistant coaching staff.
Three Seahawks assistants, among them Nate Carroll, join the coaching staff of the Panthers.
As of right now, we might as well be watching the Seattle Seahawks East, as the Carolina Panthers have finalized its 2024 coaching staff.
The Panthers have hired Nate Carroll, Pete Carroll’s son, Pat McPherson, and Pat McPherson three more assistants from Pete Carroll’s 2023 staff. As for Carolina’s management, former Seahawks front office leader Dan Morgan took over as general manager when Scott Fitterer was fired as vice president of football operations. Dave Canales was the head coach of the Seahawks’ receivers and quarterbacks.
Nate Carroll, who will take up the position of passing game coordinator in Charlotte, was most recently the wide receivers coach in Seattle. Since the start of the Carroll era in 2010, McPherson has served as the tight ends coach for the Seahawks. He will now coach TEs for the Panthers. Finally, Kekuewa will continue to work for the Panthers in the same capacity after being hired by the Seahawks in 2021 as an assistant offensive line coach.
